About Lilyanne

Lilyanne Schwarz-Peterson is currently a student at Belmont University, pursuing her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre Directing. Originally from Larkspur, Colorado, she now resides in Nashville, Tennessee. She enjoys hiking, baking, traveling, reading, and lounging with her husband and cat. Her current read is Just Stab Me Now by Jill Bearup.

Her recent directorial projects include a devised piece centered on the theme of metamorphosis and a scene from Samuel Beckett's Endgame. Her last project was stage managing the debut of Lightning Girl! with the Darkhorse Theatre, directed by Shawn Whitsell. Her upcoming project is a short piece, A Marriage Has Been Arranged by Alfred Sutro at Belmont University. 

Some things you won't find on her resume, but are theatre-related, are her acting classes with CJ Tucker and Shawn Knight, stage combat classes with Eric Pasto-Crosby, and introductory experience in costume and set design.
